- I am a Real Estate Sales Executive and part owner of Beach Properties of Florida. Originally from Destin, I spent 4 years after college first as a golf professional and then managing several golf courses in the south and northeast. Being away from the beautiful gulf coast was too much for this man so in 2001 my wife and I returned and made South Walton our home. For the past six years I have been working in the real estate industry.It has been a dream come true to help so many people make these beaches their home as well. I think that to get the business loans from banks you ought to present a good motivation. But, once I have received a short term loan, just because I was willing to buy a car.
