  • I am a Real Estate Sales Executive and part owner of Beach Properties of Florida. Originally from Destin, I spent 4 years after college first as a golf professional and then managing several golf courses in the south and northeast. Being away from the beautiful gulf coast was too much for this man so in 2001 my wife and I returned and made South Walton our home. For the past six years I have been working in the real estate industry.It has been a dream come true to help so many people make these beaches their home as well. Watercolor homes recent sales

We have recently sold three outstanding homes in Watercolor.


They were located at 73 Watercolor Blvd, 81 Watercolor Blvd and 274 Cove Hollow and sold for $1,625,000, $1,800,000 and $1,810,000 respectfully.

There has been 32 homes sold so far this year in Watercolor and another 12 or so currently under contract. That would put a year end trend at about 80 homes. That would be up considerably from 2008 sale of 63 homes. Currently, we have about 114 homes for sale that is down from a high last July of 144 homes.

We continue to see an increase in activity and supply seems to be holding steady or decreasing in a few areas.

Philippines properties for sale

Well, those house were definitely good. I like it. Wish I can also have that king of house someday. Anyway, thanks for sharing this post.
