  • I am a Real Estate Sales Executive and part owner of Beach Properties of Florida. Originally from Destin, I spent 4 years after college first as a golf professional and then managing several golf courses in the south and northeast. Being away from the beautiful gulf coast was too much for this man so in 2001 my wife and I returned and made South Walton our home. For the past six years I have been working in the real estate industry.It has been a dream come true to help so many people make these beaches their home as well. 2009 is going to be great

I am so excited about the new year. Interest rates are low, property values are low and buyers are on the increase. Man, I like the sound of that. We had a really good 2008 despite all the negativity out there and believe that 2009 will be better. We have a whole lot of momentum right now and plan to keep building on it. Working on a couple of true gem properties for those out there with the most discriminating of tastes. Contact me for some info on these gems.


Fireworks

The gulf front lot mentioned in the above ad is a REO and is a wide and deep gulf front lot located on Melodia Lane. Which is a small gated community just east a bit from Seaside.
